Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 7 years of diverse experience designing and delivering trauma-informed, culturally responsive behavior analytic services for children and adults (ages 3–21) with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, and other developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Skilled in functional behavior assessment, caregiver coaching, early intervention, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Currently leading a pilot training program through the ReThink Baby project, supporting caregivers in historically marginalized communities to implement responsive caregiving practices rooted in the Pikler® pedagogy.

Research associate under Dr. Thomas Szabo, examining the influence of indirect-acting contingencies on inflexible self-rules and verbal behavior.

Passionate about integrating relational frame theory, developmental science, and behavior analysis to improve long-term outcomes for families and children.
